Delta
This is the base of the pack, the Delta is responsible for bringing in new members for pup hood sometimes called sponsoring, part of this
sponsoring is teaching, which is a main factor. Teaching them the ways of the pack and the rules, as well as meeting times etc. The Delta's job is also to introduce the pups to Council members as well as non-council members. They are the messengers of the pack, the go between among the allies and
sometimes even the axis. They risk their own lives by doing so, but it is their duty and must make sure that those who need to know are told. Sometimes they work conjunction with the Upsilon. Those who seek this position must be agile, patient and have an even temperament while speaking with other packs.
Elders
Elders are those who we as alphas depend on for our own guidance, and are the ancestors of those who roamed long before we were pups. Some are granted in by their long life as a council member or great supporter of the home. Some are honored in for the reasons that exceed their given kindness. We shall respect them in every manner given; they are the overseers from the past to protect the futures ahead.
All members are encouraged to follow the chain of command, basically if a problem arises the Delta is what would be called a first-line supervisor, you would go to the Delta presumed they are there at the time, if there is no assignment of Deltas then whichever Delta is available should be the one you go to. If the Delta cannot solve the problem, then you would go up the chain to the next available Gamma, and so forth. The Delta is a very
important position within the pack and should not be taken as just a job, it is the strength of the pack and our members.
